All material created for use with this website and its affiliated merchandise is fully copyrighted by Daniel Gump.
Material Submissions: Images must be submitted as JPGs, GIFs, or PNGs, or they will not be accepted. Addition of images is automated, and proper checks are made for image format. Images can be any dimensions, but automation resizes all images to 160 by 120 pixels for thumbnails. The maximum image file size is limited to 150KB as to not slow down the website dramatically. Video clips must be subbmitted as AVIs, MOVs (QTs), MPGs (MPEGs), or WMVs. We do not accept any other video formats. All videos will be converted to 320 horizontal with proportions intact. Complete songs or song clips must be subbmitted as MP3s, OGGs, AC3s, or WMAs. No recording arts societies are involved, and no royalties are paid to the artists through them.
Although copyrights remain with the original author(s), BreakdanceCrew.com reserves the right to use submitted material for promotional material, including, but not limited to: posters, merchandise, and advertisements. Any submitted material found to be unlawfully submitted will be promptly removed from the website and any additional materials at the request of the author(s). Any submissions must come from the parties involved in the creation process unless permission is given by that party to the one sending it. No vulgar or obscene material is permitted. Doctored or sampled submissions will not be accepted. If the party in the submission is a minor, permission must be given by the legal guardian(s) to submit the item(s). If a minor submits an item, it is taken that permission has been given, and this website, its owner, and its affiliates are released from all liability concerning the said material. All submissions must pertain to breakdancing, hip-hop, popping, or related material.
Membership: Creation of a member account is and always will be free of charge. Any activities by users are to be free of defammation, fighting words, pornographic content, and/or any other activity deemed hurtful to other individuals. This website is meant to be a forum for learning and sharing and will remain in that manner. A member account can and will be deactived if a member crosses these lines. Duplicate accounts per email address will be deleted.
Optional Earnings Program: The earnings program is completely optional, meaning no members are required to take part. Any individual or party who wishes to take part acknowledges that all laws regarding that locale are being followed concerning, but not limited to: age, financial status, etc. This program is void where prohibited. Those found to be in violation of any laws or running multiple accounts will be banned from the program, forfeiting any earnings that were accumulated.
To take part in the earnings program, a PayPay account must exist for the email address registered with this website. All individuals taking part in the program receive an initial 1000 points. Referrals add another 250 points. Unique music plays add 2 points. Daily account logins add 1 point. Move tip postings add 1 points. Once an account has reached 10000 or more for a month, payment will be made to the PayPal account based on the conversion rate of 10000 points = $10.00US. Month's earnings less than 10000 points are carried to the next month. BreakdanceCrew.com and its affiliate are not responsible for incorrect PayPal email addresses that result in the inability to transfer funds. Funds will be paid by the 15th day of the month following the month when the 10000 points has been met. BreakdanceCrew.com holds the right to change earnings methods and amounts at any time and is not responsible for technological problems resulting in incorrect accumulation of funds. Spamming and bulk emailing for the purpose of soliciting referrals is not permitted and will result in account cancellation.
Privacy Policy: No names or contact information will be divulged to outside parties for any reason except that of a court order or other legal reason. Third party companies will never receive any information from us. Any and all information considered private that is posted through automated form processes will not be the responsibility of this website, its owner, or its affiliates. Information placed in member profiles will always be at the discretion of the members. This website holds the right to issue a periodic newsletter to members and will keep all contact information hidden from third parties while doing so.
