Trip Swipes
Description
Start crouched on left foot and right hand. Right leg starts extended forward.
  1. Lift left arm, and rotate right leg counterclockwise.
  2. Step left hand where right leg was while hopping on right leg.
  3. Lift right hand, and swing it over head.
  4. Swing right arm around body to ground.
  5. Land right leg on the ground.
  6. Hop to exchange foot on the ground.
  7. Swing left arm upward while setting right hand down.
Repeat the process.

Keep your rotation close to the ground.
