Description
Begin by standing.
  1. Crouch slightly with feet close.
  2. Jump while thrusting upper-body forward.
  3. Extend arms downward while kicking legs backward.
  4. Bend legs upward and upper-body downward.
  5. Plant hands on ground.
End in a Float.
